starview is blank, just 0 on front when power is turned on.

    Hi all, just got home from work and hubby told me he tried to update an original starview box with the following firmware THE BOX v4.03_051005.
    Now the starview is showing 0 on the front. I tried to reinstall the starview firmware but it now keeps saying flash failed.
    Is there anything I can do or is the box blown.
    Thanks in advance for any replies.
