kryptview arnet A700c receiver problem

    hi,
    i have one of these receivers,(http://www.digital-receiver.co.uk/kryptview.htm)its supposed to autoroll but its not worked since codes changed a few days ago.can this box be fixed with new codes or have i bought the wrong box(should have stuck with starview i think)
    thanks for any help
