Black Startup Screen

    Its been happening for a long time and I really want to fix it so i can fix my xbox. I have an HP XT963 and whenever I turn it on the screen stays black for 2 min. and then goes to the logon screen, it works completely fine. Whats wrong and how do I fix it?

    you/or someone opted to start windows with no GUI

    Try this,

    start/run type msconfig/ BOOT.INI tab and see of /NOGUIBOOT is checked. If it is uncheck it and you will now see your Windows logo boot GUI.

    when i went to msconif and to the boot.ini it shows everything unchecked
