Hi I posted a query last night http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/651777 I have done a factory reset and got all the channels back but the box keeps updating repeatedly, Has any body got any suggestions as to what might be wrong. This "Box" is my fathers and mine is working fine just the version of the software is later on mine. Thank you in Advance
I'm having the same problem. Entered new codes for TW and NTL (on NTL but search on TW always gives better results) Did a factory reset and re scan but box just keeps updating constantly. Help please!!

Hi and thanks for the reply, so it's a software issue? I purchased a cable from ebay for the uploading of the firmware, so it should arrive during the week
I had a look at the other thread and you said it has firmw@re 4.00 , that is the wrong firmw@re for SV 2 THE B0X You will need version 4.50 firmw@re for IRELAND found in "THE B0X" firmware folder. You will need version 4.51 firmw@re for UK found in "THE B0X" firmware folder. You will have to enter in the codes manually until you update the firmw@re Also Press Menu then 1570 and make sure the EMU key is ON Starvi*w Codes : http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/528527
Thank you Celtic 71 for your reply, I have tried entering the codes manually but It still goes on to update, As soon as I receive the cable I will update the firmware to 4.50, and hopefully that will stop the problem.
