No Sound

    Hi Their:
    I have Realtek hd the problem is sometimes when I start the laptop I have no sound, even the Realtek Icon has dissapeared from the control panel, If I try to play say a song or movie it tells me their is no audio device installed I contacted the place where I got the lap top they said i was missing a driver, well installed it and still having problems? If someone can help Thank You

    not sure, i had that problem and i fixed it by installing the drivers, try installing them again or go to their website and get the latest ones
