alien vs. predator : did this movie with clone dvd and anydvd.. used latest versions of each and used anydvd to rip to hd then clone dvd.. dont know why but it wouldnt work for me just popping in the disc,, kept stopping at 87%

Possible bad disk, return and exchange it for another.

Agree with big john on this one, possible bad press.

Backed mine up utilizing DvdFab Hd Decrypter, FixVts, Dvd Shrink, ImgBurn.

Zero complications, great backup copy.

could be your optical drive unable to transcode it

I've seen that alot lately

its happened to me several times with my Lite-On drive. but my Plextor/Pioneer drive trnascodes everything fine
