CCE Basic MPEG-2 convert to MPEG-1 Error !

Hello there I am using this script: 

LoadPlugin("c:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\DGDecode.dll")

V=Mpeg2Source("D:\test\unknown\VR_MOVIE.d2v")
A=WAVSource("D:\test\unknown\VR_MOVIE T01 48K 16bit 2ch.wav")
audiodub(V,A)
LanczosResize(352, 288)
with this setting's in CCE Basic:

But when encoding I get this error:

How do I fix this error ?

Without Dolby thre is no DTS, Without SDDS there is no Dolby.
