starview3 emu setting help!!!!

i have just got a starview 3 and i can only get bbc1 2 itv and so on
the other channels have a $ ( doller sign) next to then. i think i need to get in to the emu settings and i just don,t no how to help!!!!!!

 

go to the menu-->parental control-->press info on rc and then enter 2004...scroll down to emu and turn on

i have tryed this and got as far parental control and info button gave no responce any other ideas

When parental control is highlighted press OK on remote then i 2004.

1570 is for starview 2, not 3
