can't get my svcd to play anywhere

I'm new to this whole experience and I've just converted my dvd with smart ripper then I used tmpgenc to encode then I checked it with power dvd player all files play normaly I now burn my svcd disk and power dvd can not reconize or supports that format but I tried viewing it with neo dvd and while it wont play the disk eithier it doe's show the files and there and in the folder marked svcd the file labeled avseq01 is present anyone out there please help
