After trying to rip ISO files onto my computer and I reach 35% I get this message

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue

Failed to read file "D:\"

Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

The dreaded CRC error.

A search would've revealed pages and pages of threads on this topic.

Usually it's one of two things.

1. A dirty or scratched disc.

2. An encryption Dvd Shrink (outdated, but still useful) cannot handle on it's own.

The easiest, and most recommended fix for this is to update your process and get a program that can handle all the new stuff.

DvdFab Hd Decrypter, as stated and linked to by iluvendo. For everything else, other programs and guides, use the link is Zoso's post.

Happy burning.
