dbox 2 help

hi everyone, im new to this site and this is my first thread, im basically looking for a bit of help, i have a nokia dbox2 with digital worldz pro on it, i have got it to the keylist.txt file and pressed number 4 on remote but there is no codes in there anymore to change.. can anyone advise on why this could be please, would the box need to be flashed again - im in the newcastle area is there anyone near this area that can sort these boxes out for a price or is it a simple job.
