Hi all, hope you can help,

I have downloaded Real Alternative v1.7.5 onto my nephew's memory card and also an episode of southpark in RM format, however i cannot seem to be able to view this, i know nothing about the psp.

It dosent work ...cuz the app u download only runs for windows. It does not support psp.

just back in my brothers house now with the PSP, is there any way of playing RM files on the PSP, without converting the format? he only has a small memory card.

there could be a way ... there could be an app for the psp. However, u need a custom firmware psp.

not as far as i know there isnt any app that will play rm

i dont think any portable device will play rm as its not a well known format like avi or mp4

i have real player on my phone and it still doesnt play rm file that to show that there are few devices that can play rm

what i can suggest though is flv its small like rm in size and it is good quality to play it just use psptube. if you need flv format south park just go to allsp.com and download firefox or realplayer and get the plug in for firefox and then you can download them direct to .flv with real player or the fire fox plug in.

hope that helps solve the size problem

ps there is nearly every episode on allsp.com so lots to play 0_<

You could use PSPTube it plays a lot of different formats.

well yes in it could work but im sorry to inform you that it wont

because you'll be running a dos emulator booting up win 95 (can run with 32mb but need more cpu power) and then you will have to install real player then run the rm file.

basicly you would be waiting about 15min+ for 95 to boot up then 20+ to install rmplayer then your video will stutter so much it will be unwatch able.

i wouldnt even try doing it
