I was searching the forum to found a thread about this problem and I am sorry! if there is one which I didn't see. Recently I have downloaded some avi videos(lost s4e05,heroes s1e01) as well as their srt GREEK subs. The video plays perfectly however the subs appear some times early or late(e.x. the actor speaks and the sub appears after 2 sec or the reverse). I saw the srt file and I didn't find a problem with the sychronism but this isn't sure. Could someone help me to fix this?

THANK YOU

I have just discovered a program whose name is Subtitle Workshop. It seems to be very helpful at my job but I don't know how to use it. Is there anybody who knows this program
