vhs to pc help please

i am using FOX Video Studio and capuring from vhs i have 3h.20min video
the problem the video to long and voice gets out of sync and quality s bad why please help quick i tried using Ulead VideoStudio 11 after 3min my pc restart auto why does it with unlead only

i have
p4.3gz 1.50 mbram
geforce 256 mb
sound blaster live 5.1
video cature divice :camera mate its brand new

witch software is good for capturing and whats the settings
i used FOX Video Studio 3 times now and wasted my time the qual is bad and voice gets out of sync

 

hi am trying windows movie maker just wana say in 1 min i get 10 mb when capturing video so i have 3h 20min video how big wil the file be please reply fast

 

i get 40 mb in 5 min so tell me

 

Theirs a small program called VLC it has capture capabilities, now I've never used it as I don't have Video in on my comp. but if its anything like the player it might just be your ticket.. U didn't say what format U are capturing in AVI or Mpeg
