CloneDVD to back up my PS2 games

Can I use CloneDVD to back up my PS2 games? If so can someone walk me through the process. Once copied will they just play on my PS2 or do I need anything else. I have been backing up my DVD's and now that my kids are playing with the PS2 I fear that they are going to ruin the games just like they have with our DVD's.

Use Imgburn to back up PS2 games.

Create an image with imgburn.

How to write an image to disc with imgburn.

You need to modify your PS2 to play backups.
