    Hi All
    I have 2 questions . Does firmware cure the rolling cod#s from Nthell ? (seeing mixed info on the forums)
    I have a Euro MAX but it passes all the genuine identity markings tests, except for the Scart connector on mine is black and is previously described as a dud ???

    How do I identify which E#vox I have I've seen about a dozen types?
    I don't have the original package . One box I think is a BLUE (Eur#vx Max)and the other is a Max V... Does the firmware work ? and which option do I upload for the above? I've seen the conflicting messages ?

    For Info on the Max V , look here : http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/653745

    Look down at the box from above and note where the RF IN connection is, looking through the grill on the box above this is the tuner, a 2007 model will only measure 8 slots of the grill and a 2006 will measure 11.

    8 = RED
    11 = BLUE

    I downloaded the updated firmware for the E###ox Max , no problems there ,,, Editing the MENU for parental lock,(slightly different format menu) entered the "0000" changed the code to my new 4 digit number (also # by 4 ) so no memory problems there. Exit out and now I'm getting "wrong code" when I try to channel edit ?
    Help.
