Okay, guys heres the problem i just bought a Lanparty UT (ICFX3200-T2R/G
that i swaped for my old foxxcon, Hooked everything back up and Vista starts loading then resets it self. I take it that its from hardware change, is there anything i can do without wiping the harddrive and starting fresh ?

Unfortunately no, windows installs are specific to certain brands of chipset. Since you've changed your hardware you need to reinstall.
