Alright heres the beef :D (lol beef).
So I got my hands on a copy of Japan PS1CD DDR Disney Rave (thing is really rare, $200 for like a legit copy)
Anyways, so heres the story. With pics ! :)
So I play the game with my Swap Magic 3.6 Plus & I see this.

What the hell, I think to my self.
I press all the buttons, make sure everything is plugged in and still I am stuck at this screen. I take a pic to show to my friend who is fluent in Japanese (freaking awesome). Anyways...
He tells me the first image says... make sure the area is fully lighted, be careful of surrounding yadayada, same as USA DDR Cautions. The bottom one he tells me says, there is no memory card in the slot, or something along the lines of that. So i'm like sweet, the memory card just wasn't in. So I go rummage through my things to go find my old PS1 Memory card, I find it and I plug it in.
I get a new message =(
I asked him what it meant today and he said it means..
"there is no system data".
so now i'm thinking wtf? there is no system data, kthx for telling me. i press all the buttons on the controlle r, nothing happens.
Try downloading via torrent the US copy of the game, since you own it, its not illegal to do so. Try to start the game with the memory card inside and be sure it has enough space or is empty.
