Alright I have a question concerning about a damaged notebook hard drive. I was wondering if it is possible to recover some files from it and transfer it to a different harddrive? Because i had a lot important stuff that is on that hard drive. It would be sad if all those files were lost...

The real solution here is "back it up!" You can get programs to extract files from damaged file systems but in some cases that just isn't doable, and you'll either need to cut your losses and stomach the data loss, or pay several hundred dollars for data recovery.
