    ok here is the problem, we have some super funny home videos that we taped on a camcorder that uses mini-dv, the problem is i want to get these onto my computer, is their some kind of converter or something i can do to put them on my computer, please help.

    Have a friend save the output on a standalone DVD recorder.

    is that the only way, i only have two outputs on the camcorder, and they are the yellow for video and the white for sound.
