Hi, I have run a series of forum searches but haven't found anything although I'm sure this question has been asked a 100 times! I got the Box-T last week but I can't get it to work. It runs a search but comes back with 12 blank channels. I live in Dublin and have a digital chorus box on basic package which gives me all the standard channels but no premium ones. I think it comes in on the cable. Do I have the correct box and if not what box should I get? Thanks in advance.
