Hi

Was wondering could any of you guys help out, I have a Starview 3 which i got about a month ago, the box works for about 2 hours and then freezes and the giant THE BOX SUPER logo pops up, then i have to reflash it to even use it for 2 hours again. Any ideas guys?

Anyone at all got a fix for this?

what firmware have you got on the box press menu system info to find out.

well i used the GTRom_Super_6.00e Loader, so i assume Version 6.00e?

i'm in work at the moment, so i can't check.

try the all in one firmware loader 705e zip which can be found in the boxsuper folder-all in one loader in eam'os library under my pic.

i'll give it a go and tell you how it goes

Karlid could you please help me, i have a starview genuine i have gtrom and crypstar but everytime i download it fails after 30 seconds, im using a usb to serial converter if that helps you solve my problem, thanks

You are flashing your box wrong and the firmware timer ticks off because it is being flashed wrong, go here:

Sorry in advance if i get this all wrong but it is my first time. Bought a Starview 3 and tried all sorts to get in the cas system/menu
1570/1668/2004/0000 back to factory settings and tried all again but still no luck followed all the instructions that came with the Starview but still nothing. So if any of you nice people out there can help a thicko thankyou

you`ll need the 7.05e firmw@re fo the SV3.
youll find it here in the sv super folder in eamos library.

Just a quick one if i update the firmware, i take it i can then just enter the code 1570 and get to the cas system and turn on the emu again thankyou for taking the time on this lovely sunday afternoon in belfast
