you probly can im running with same prossesor
1.5gb ram and the intel gma 950 integrated video card with xp
i play it on highest settings

the gma 950 is a horrible video card with 64 mb of integrated not dedicated memory ati 2400 is better than that

if it does run laggy when you get it go to properties add this line

    -novid -dxlevel 90_matforcehardwaresync 0

Oh thanks, I might be getting a new video card soon, so it should be okay.

you'll have NO problem running the orange box...

how are you playing on high settings smoothly with a gma 950? i have a 965 and play on medium... you must lag badly once in a while... especially on hl2:ep2 (the new source engine)
