Case: Good. As long as you get the Armor with the big side fan, they cool quite well.
HDD: It's
IDE ! An IDE drive in this day and age? Use this - I have one and it's excellent.

GPU: The9800GTX is good, but EVGA have had a bit of a rough time with quality control recently. Use this one:

Sound: Excessive. Unless you're a musician, a cheap PCI sound card like this will do:

Speakers: My grandad's PC has these speakers, and they're fine, but they're not exactly home theatre grade. If you like deep sounding music, films etc. you'll want something a bit beefier. For compact sound though, these are good.
PSU: Mediocre. These units are far better.

Keyboard: Good. These are nice keyboards if you like your macro buttons. As a gamer keyboard, however, I like something more substantial, and recommend these - they're superb.

Mouse: Not even seen or heard of this before, but high end Logitech mice are usually pretty good.
Motherboard: You're not using SLI, so you don't need a
lame SLI board. These are better:

RAM: Fine.
CPU: Good, but you might want to consider this:

sammorris,
Thanks for the great advice! I didn't know much about the soundcard, and I didn't want to have a horrible sound quality when playing games.
Will the processor you chose be able to handle most games? It says 2.4 ghz, while games may recommend 3+.

They recommend 3Ghz assuming you have a P4. A 2.4Ghz Core 2 Quad is equivalent to a P4 above 5Ghz, and that's just for one core - it has four of them.
