The console is in perfect working condition with no scratches or dents anywhere on it. Backups have been tested to fully work on the console.
I bought this system brand new at bestbuy 2 months ago. For the first two weeks I played on xbox live. Then I decided I wanted to mod it. Ever since I havent tried connecting to xbox live. When I plugged in the ethernet cable to go onto live, it says the system needs a console update, but I didnt download it. So I am not sure if it will work on xbox live. I heard somewhere that it is just the spring update in April.
