Hello, this Afterdawn's PS3 tournament thread. Here you can face off against fellow Afterdawners every weekend in a friendly tournament. Please read all the rules and guidelines as when you sign up you are agreeing to follow them.

Rules and Guidelines:
If you have any problems with the rules or guidelines please post them here and not on this thread.

1.) No one can just say they want a tournament there will be a preset schedule, this is to avoid confusion and all around sketchiness not to mention having too much going on.

2.) Only accounts of member or higher may sign up for the tournaments OR a junior member who has been a member of Afterdawn for at least 30 days. The reasoning for this is to stop people from signing up to Afterdawn simply to play in the tournament, this is not what the tournaments were intended for.

3.) Tournaments will only be held on weekends or holidays, this is to keep things more organized and so that more people will be able to participate.

4.) No game can have a tournament more than once every two weeks, this is to keep the tournament interest up, give people more of a heads up, and so that people wont have to play for long periods simply to take part in all the game tournaments that one would want to enter.

5.) Anyone wishing to be used as the host for the tournament must supply a speed/ping test from each of the following locations using Speedtest.net : Southwest United States, Northeast United States and London England. This is to verify that your connection is suitable for accommodating the most people possible within reasonable limits.

6.) If a player cannot attend the tournament that member must communicate it to us at least 2 hours before the tournament. Failure to do so will result in the following tournament suspensions:

1st offense 2 week suspension

2nd offense 4 week suspension

3rd permanent suspension

The slates will be wiped clear on new years day, with the exception of permanent bans.

7.) If anyone is found to be cheating/hacking/glitching etc. during the tournaments you will be permanently banned from all future tournaments. Consider yourselves warned.

Tournament styles Definitions:

Two Team Tournement: Quite simply two teams fighing against eachother in a best X out of X format.

Free For all: 3 to 5 matches of death matches points are awarded depending on your score for each match.

For example, if there were 6 people participating the points would go as following:

First: 5pts
Second: 4pts
Third: 3pts
Fourth: 2pts
Fifth: 1pts
Sixth: 0pts
