I get the following error playing legit dvd's on my home pc: no matter what software i have (POWERDVD XP, ZOOM Player, PC Friendly) that came with newly purchased DVD ROM

I am running win98SE
DirectX 8.1, DIVX 5.02, 400 AMD, 256 RAM

DDHELP caused an invalid page fault in
module WINMM.DLL at 0167:bfdf3531.
