I have read "FAQ **Newbies Please Read Before Posting**" and followed the directions for adjusting the settings. Still, when I return to my music library at a later time the info "artist, title, album etc" isn't there. Even when I right click and select "get info" it says that artist etc. is "unknown". When importing nothing was tagged automatically, I have tried manually inserting the info via right click> get info> info I have also tried manually inserting the info directly on the playlist screen. Both result in no info being able the next time I open iTunes. I'm sure I'm doing/not doing some easy step, but could someone please tell me what that is. Thanks in advance.
by now you probly have it fixed but if you dont just try deleting itunes and redownloading it thats about the only thing that i would think that may work
