Ok, first, get irshell to make things easier. Put your portal files into the "COMMON" folder at the "PSP" folder in the mem stick root. Next, go to irshell and access the directory to where you put the folder. Open the folder and you should see a "yourfilename".index.Bookmark the page for convinience.

If you don't have irshell, just open the psp web browser. Then put in something like this: FILE://PSP/COMMON/(your folder then "yourfilename".index

well, it obviously makes your psp look cool, but other then that, the other uses are mainly junk
