dvd flick error please help

    I keep getting the following error and it is only with this one video all others work. I am very new to all this. I was wondering if someone can tell me what the problem is. The following is the error report:

    Try dragging the AVI into VirtualDub.
    If it loads ok, click 'Video' 'Direct Stream Copy' then 'File' 'Save as AVI'.

    All this does is let VirtualDub re-save the file.
    Load the new file into DVD Flick.

    If it still fails, then the only option I can think of is to try another DVD converter or re-compress the AVI.
