HElp with downloaded RAR game inside is ISO and MDS file?

b]I have downloaded a game called Manhunt and it is in WinRar i open the RAR file and there is a ISO file and a MDS file how can i burn the game to DVD using nero. plz help alot of my games are like this.b] i would show pic but i don't know how to show yew! plz help wud be greatfull x trowie x

Choose the option burn image to disc. Or use the program infra recorder. I use nero 6.
