(Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i thought it was the most appropriate sub forum)

Im looking for a software programme that will enable to convert some .flv files i have on my computer to a dvd+R disk. It will have to be playable in a normal dvd player. also the software should be free...if possible :)

any recommendations greatly appreciated.

DVD Flick lists .flv as suitable input for conversion to DVD.
If you D/L the latest beta version, it will also generate an optional menu.

VSO ConvertxtoDVD is the only one that I have tried that converts flv to DVD.

I have tried DVD Flick with FLV downloaded off Youtube using FireFox. It works.
Not all FLV are the same. Some might not work, depends on how/where you download them.
