I am Playing Gta VCs Off My Mem stick On The psp and It has No Audio.I downloaded It Off The Internet.Plz Iz there anyway to get the audio maybe patch the iso

Probably a bad iso/cso.

Try downloading another one.

yea i had a 50 cent bullet proof cso with no audio but then i got a iso and it worked fine. remember:
iso: uncompressed, full rip
cso: compressed, halfrip(may have had non compulsary things taken out of it like the audio in your case)
