Problems with DVD Shrinker and Nero Start Smart Essentials

I have been trying to burn a couple of DVDs...and I get back messages like "playback feature not available on this disc"

This is the first time I do anything like this, I downloaded the Free DVD shrinker from this website, I go through all the steps in the program and then the programs gives the option to burn into a Disc, however, it doesn't work on my DVD player.

The file is also copied to my C drive, so when I use Nero to burn the file it works like a champ, I tried using the DVD shrinker without it burning the DVD, but it seems its an automatic...

Im not sure what Im doing wrong! Please help........

Follow the steps outlined in the link iluvendo gave and you should be just fine.
