i am havig trouble backing up first sunday, i am using any dvd and clone dvd also dvdfab neither works

are you using the latest version of those programs? if not update them and then try again. also what errors are you getting if any? another thing is the bottom of the dvd clean of fingerprints? if not then clean it and try again.

If Anydvd and clone do not work, try dvdfabhd 5.0.1.5 beta

Just telling us it didn't work is not really enough information to offer possible solutions.

If you're getting an error, we need to know what it is. The more specific you are with your question the quicker and more precise we can be with our answers.

I was able to back-up First Sunday with dvdfab 5.0.1.5. Beta, using the platinum version. It played with no problem.

Gjones1 maybe you have a bad disc ? Need to xchange and retry.

I thought the dvd was new, but the kids used it first and had fingerprints all over it.
