In the beginning I was having trouble with internet Explorer 7 with the adoble flash player 9 which was it wouldn't play even though it was listed in the programs. I download all types of fixes but still it wouldn't work so I switched to Firefox. everything was good until lately the web pages wouldn't load, the time between loading was longer and even though I check everything the pages still wouldn't load. It is very frustrating. I tried contacting Mozilla that failed, now I am back to Internet explorer6 or 7. The web pages are slower loading. Now my question is I really like Firefox but the web pages are slow loading that they can't find them. which is a better browser? How can I find out if my proxy is working ? Is there anything I can do to end this situation. Also on my set programs and defaults, when I choose custom, check the program I want, every time it returns to the default. how can I keep it to the ones I want?
I really need some help with these problems??????

Anyone have any thoughts on this problem? I too am now experiencing the same problem- I just did a fresh re-install of Windows Xp and none of my browsers are working coreectly. I.E., Firefox & Netscape are all having the same symptoms as listed above- Allot of webpages that have thumbnails or smaller pics won't display- just shows a lil red X. If I click on any Bookmarks in my list they won't open- the screen just sits on a white screen for awhile- This is also the case if I try to open a link from any site. also it seems on sites that have streaming video or whatnot I get an error message saying code XML not found (or something to that effect) when I try to play the video. Everything on my comp worked just fine before the re-install and I'm just confused as hell as to what's wrong...
