HP computer 752n worked 2 days ago and doesent work now

i have a hp 752 pentium 4 computer with windows xp pro it worked 2 days ago and now. it starts up goes though the post says windows dident shut down properly if you click on start windows normaly it loads the windows screen then restarts its self right after a blue screen with a bunch of letters and numbers pops up really quick you cant even read it. ive tryed reformating it i put in a new hard drive i changed the processer to another p4 i changed the cable from the hard drive to the motherboard. ive changed the cmos battery but nothing helps. i need help dont know whats wrong with it

Will it boot into safe mode or safe mode with command prompt.

Can you press the 'pause' key at the blue screen to read the message.

umm not sure how a p4 sounds old... but anyway. if you switched out the processor, hard drive, hard drive cable, and c-mos battery, then the only other thing i could think of would be the psu. but shit by now you have pratically bulit another pc.
