    Ok here's the thing

I friend of mine has on his pc a couple of m3u files with a complete album , not previews like i read once i searched here. And My boss at work gave a cd with a lot of music like 6 or 7 full albums in a normal cd. and i was wondering how can i place the albums on my pc on m3u files to store them in cd's?

I think you are confused. I believe m3u files are an exported play list so CD players can see the tag info. You need to be looking at the audio files. They may be in a subfolder(s). What you have is what I call an mp3 CD. It will play on the more advanced CD players.
