Hi
I have vista home premium on Dell PC. Windows explorer keeps freezing. When ever I delete anything the pop up window advising how long the delete will take place comes up, this does not remove. The delete happens but the pop up doesnt remove. I have to task manager and end programm. Also I use I tunes, i cannot delete a song, the i tunes freezes. To remove a song - i have found that i need to go into the music library through the PC and delete that way, then go back to I tunes and remove. Can any one advise me??? Is this a Vista issue - Windows issue - or do i have a virus? I have various virus checks and all have revealed nothing!!!

check all of your background programs for a problem. if you haven't already restarted then do so. if none of those works then system restore
