im new to building will i have an problems with this build or is there anything out of place like space in my case or need fans ect... i mainly game and really want a quiet pc

The components you've chosen there are good, however you should get a good CPU cooler so that you can run it at a low fan speed for quietness, such as this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134

Additionally, most 8800GS cards seem to be noisy and that one's out of stock. This is a quiet card and performs solidly: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121219

i read some of the reviews of that card and 1 of the said they had a problem with it working with wow sience thats the main game i play i need to know if it was just that guys pc or a problem with the card is there a way to find out?

I highly doubt there'd be any reason for a card as popular as the 3850 to have any issue with a game as popular as WoW. I use a 3870 which is practically the same card, and although I don't play WoW, I play Warcraft 3 on it with no issues, I'm pretty confident they're the same engine.
