I've been using AZureus for over 2 years now , it was working just fine till last week , on the same connection same router configuration , same ISP < Just the stupid ISP Changed the Connection type to ADSL2+ , > anyway everything is fine , Nat is fine DDB Green , and connections are green , everything till now looks fine , only the Peers and the downlod speed both are decreasing , i mean , i get connected then i lose connections to them For example
Peers 28 > 29 > 30 >> 28 > 27 > 26 > 25 > 26 again , same with speed i have a 256 connection so it goes its max for 25 kbs , then go back to 18 , then 15 then goes up again 20 , then 15 , in no time , it never did that before , anybody have any clue ?

i did that encryption thing , and used Evid to increase the TCP incoming ports to 50 , i turned windows firewall off , i opened all ports on router , UPNP enabled , i am losing my mind :)
