if you arent banned right now, then download the arcade games you want. there hasnt been a wave of bannings since COD4 came out, (knock on wood). so for now you should safe unless you were banned last year.

im not banned, i just got the ixtreme on my 360, also if i sign in on xbox.com does that get me banned aswell or just on my console

I thought that ixtreme was stealth (as opposed to xtreme, which is non-stealth). Doesn't this mean that you can go online with ixtreme compatible games? Do I have the wrong impression about this?
