How to increase volume in AC3 with BeSweet and BeLight

I have both BeSweet v1.5b31 and BeLight v0.21 (using azid.dll v1.9 and AC3enc.dll v1.20)
I've demuxed the AC3 audio stream with VirtualDubMod.
How do I increase the volume? I know it has something to do with GAIN settings but I can't see them.

I use this (inclusive) version of BeLight.
Load the AC3, select the AC3 tab and the advanced settings.
Check 'Gain' on the right side of the window and enter a value.
Each 3db step doubles the volume.
