I'm going nuts trying to get a DVD menu to work - maybe someone can help. I recently upgraded to a 16:9 digital video (JVC) camera that records in .mod format. I have found Cyberlink SW (both PowerProducer 5 and PowerDirector 6) very easy to use - except once the DVD starts playing I cannot return to the root disk menu. The menu works fine when the DVD is first loaded, but I can never return to it. I tried it in an alternate DVD player and got the same result. Help before I go postal :)

There is an easy fix using PgcEdit, but it takes getting used to.
What happen when DVD come to the end of play?
I would first look through set up or options, may be there is something you can set, so it works.
I do not think this is any special effects, as this should be normal behavior for a DVD.
Otherwise you can ask CyberLink tech service for help.

    Thanks for the hints.

Rotary: the first menu offers "play" or "chapters", and seems to work just fine. But once playing, I get the big red circle with a slash through it if I hit the menu button on the remote.

Suba: on your prompting I looked and did find some additional options. they didn't work though. I'll check out PgcEdit.
