Apple has announced that they will be settling a pair of class-action lawsuits in Canada stemming from claims that the company misled customers "about the staying power" of the popular iPod MP3 players, especially the gradually dwindling battery life of first and second generation devices. i don't know who is more pathetic! I mean common i am into RC Cars & i know tat my batteries will last 1-2 years, @ work My Dewalt tool batteries will last about 2 years until they don't keep a charge! My cordless phone lasts a few years before i have to keep it on the charger all tie time to have a 5 in talk! No battery life is nothing new that should not have been expected! i don't see that apple implied anything false there!i guess i should sue dewalt for my power & runtime lowering after general usage of my cordless drill!
