Adobe Flash Player 9 will not work in conjunction with any of my browsers (IE and FF). I have tried reinstalling and such, but in vain.

Video streaming websites such as YouTube and VEOH which store data on your computer will not work (YouTube video is fine, but there is no audio). I right clicked on the video player, entered the settings, and tried changing the Local Storage setting, but it won't save.


Suggestions?
