When it restarts does it first show a blue screen with writing in white? and then after about 1 second it restarts back to windows?
you need to install service pack 3 service pack 2 is no longer supported. Also spybot nod and a few others contain viruses and spyware the best to remove these are AVG free edition antivirus adaware (www.download.com) these could be causing problems. with your machine remove these pieces of software and install avg and adaware
Hmm,interesting..well first of all...try dezinstaling the new software printer u've just instaled and see if its the same. I also want to ask if u are using the integrated sound and modem instaled on your motherboard. Cheers, Creea
@susieqbbb, spybot doesn't contain viruses or spyware... the best three programs out there that are free are: ad-aware, spybot s&d, and avg free...
