Using the latest version on CloneDVD V 2.9.1.7, everything seems to be working fine, until CloneDVD tries to burn or write to a Blank DVD. It cannot find my CD/DVD Burner Drive [ Maddog MD - 16XDDVD9A2 ]. Eventhough, Madog has been specified as the Burner in the "Output Section" of CloneDVD Instead it ask to load the Blank DVD into my CD/DVD ROM.apparently, ClonedVD is ONLY "seeing" my Optical Drive [ ROM] Only. Please help ......Thanks
Can you output to an ISO image or a hard disk folder? If so, try using 'IMGBurn' to burn the disk - this will prove that the problem is either with CloneDVD or a system problem. Software and guides here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/imgburn.cfm
Unfortunately, Not.I am asking for a friend, all she wanted was to Rip and burn a Copy oR backup a copy of a Movie.... I think is a System error, wish I know how to "fix" it, like editing the registry.....
You could try deleting the content of "lowerfilters" from the registry. Back it up first. Then uninstall/reboot/reinstall cloneDVD See this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060
