Essentially whenever I connect to my wireless network on my computer the sound will randomly lag or stutter for random periods of time. I've searched for hours trying to find how to fix it and it seems to be a very common problem with wireless N pci adaptors even more so when they're running vista. No one really has a fix for it, the only people who had fixed it had a netgear card and one of their driver updates fixed the issue.

A few pieces of info from the start, the cpu usage or HDD usage doesn't spike when this problem occurs. I'm running the latest drivers available and the wireless card I'm using is a D-link dwa-542.

Please no anti dlink posts or crap of that nature, its unnecessary and isn't going to help as this problem has happened with every companies wireless N adaptors.
