Enchanted - Can't shrink Disney movie

I have decrypted Enchanted-a Disney movie-successfully but when I go to Shrink it, it gets to 40% then the entire program shuts off with no warning or explanation. Is there a work around to this?

What did u use to decrypt the dvd and to put it onto your HDD ?

I used Ripit4me on this title

But you Should try DVDFab HD Decrypter and just rip the main movie, then run it through Vobblanker or Fixvts and then try Shrink.
